Types of Waivers

There are two main types of waivers:
1- Inadmissibility waivers

2- Removability waivers
While inadmissibility pertains to clients who have not yet entered the United States, removability applies to people in the U.S. who have been deemed ineligible for legal status. Reasons can include violating status, not possessing registered documents, or even unlawfully voting.
